Syrian Americans for Educational Needs and Advancement (SAFENA) seeks to support Syrian Americans throughout California in professional career development via networking, education, and mentorship. SAFENA is a newly founded organization led by a group of highly dedicated and talented Syrian American students. SAFENA is currently working on several ideas that help in professional career development, but first, we would like to hear from you! Students, parents, and professionals: what problems and obstacles are Syrian American students and recent graduates facing in their educational journey and careers?
